New Kenji Sushi Rice is a specially selected grain of rice ideal for Japanese sushi recipes and North Eastern Chinese cuisine.
The grains have been specially selected for their uniformity in size and colour, so they stick together and present beautifully. They maintain their freshness for a long time after cooking and are ideal for many sushi recipes including Maki and Nigiri.
New Kenji Microwavable Sushi Rice takes away the time and effort in preparing sushi. Cooked in the microwave for just 60 seconds, it is then ready to make sushi, such as Maki or Nigiri or can be used as an accompaniment to dishes such as Japanese Katsu curry.
With striking, attractive livery, it is packed in a 250g pouch, which makes approximately 12 pieces.

International Sushi Day Competition
1. Promoter: S&B Herba Foods Ltd. Company no. 156737. Registered office 2nd Floor, North Block, Central Court, 1b Knoll Rise, Orpington, Kent, BR6 0JA.
2. The competition is not open to employees of S&B Herba Foods Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Route to entry for the competition is via Facebook. The entrant must be following @NewKenjiRice on Facebook in order to enter.
6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
7. Closing date for entry will be 30th June 2024, After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. The details of the competition and how to enter are as follows: The competition is the chance to win Sushi Class (45 mins) with Bottomless Brunch (90 mins) with Asian Tapas, Sushi, wine, beer and bubbles for 2 at the Inamo Restaurant in Soho. The winner also receives two cases of New Kenji Microwavable Sushi Rice. Two runners up will receive two cases of New Kenji Sushi Rice. Entrants are required to like, share, and follow our social media account. Once these three factors have been completed, entrants will then be entered into the prize draw.
10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
11. The prize is as stated above and does not include travel expenses or costs of any extra drinks not included with the meal. The prize will be in the form of a voucher which must be redeemed within 6 months. The winner will need to pre-book the Sushi Class and Bottomless Brunch direct with Inamo Restaurant. Classes to be held at inamo Soho, 134-136 Wardour St, W1F 8ZP, starting promptly at 11.15am or 1pm unless otherwise stated, typically on Saturdays or Sundays, please arrive promptly as the class will start on time. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12. Winners will be chosen at random.
13. The winners will be notified by DM Facebook within 28 days of the closing date. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
14. The promoter will notify the winners when the prize will be delivered.
15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
