The grains have been specially selected for their uniformity in size and colour, so they stick together and present beautifully. They maintain their freshness for a long time after cooking and are ideal for many sushi recipes including Maki and Nigiri. 

New Kenji Microwavable Sushi Rice takes away the time and effort in preparing sushi.  Cooked in the microwave for just 60 seconds, it is then ready to make sushi, such as Maki or Nigiri or can be used as an accompaniment to dishes such as Japanese Katsu curry.
