We have recently commissioned a brand new air classification facility in Belgium enabling us to extract the protein, starch and fibre concentrates from the dry milling of peas and beans.

The pulse processing line was installed in 2020, where the heart of the line is our state-of-the-art milling and classification process, resulting in high quality concentrates of protein and starch. 

Unlike some other suppliers, our process is all natural without the use of any additives or chemical compounds. 

Pulses have a high nutritional value and health benefits. Not only are they high in protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals, but they are also non-allergenic, gluten free, non-GMO and environmentally sustainable. 

The range includes:

  • Pea starch (70% starch, 14% protein)
  • Pea protein (55% protein)
  • Pea fibre (with high levels of insoluble fibre and dietary fibre)
  • Faba (Broad) bean starch (56% starch, 20% protein)
  • Faba (Broad) bean protein (65% protein)
